😊: Well equipped kitchen, plenty of living space with three full bathrooms. The location is also excellent with short drives to supermarkets, restaurants, and the lovely city of Grasse. The pool was an excellent feature and was well maintained. Beautiful landscaping.. 😢: Would have needed AC in the main floor bedroom..
