😊: Excellent location on the beach, well equipped and comfortable. 😢: No curtains on some of the windows.

😊: The location looking over the sea is more than spectacular.

😊: The view is very special. The kitchen has lots of useful appliances you can use.. 😢: The extra charges for bed linen should have been clearer at point of purchase, we had to pay 44 euros extra for linen and bed made for two rooms. It also isn't clear that only one room is ensuite, the bathrooms and showers are all over the place so it would be nice to see more clearly what rooms have what ensuite. Our room smelled a bit used and the apartment had many things broken like lights, blinds and switches. Finally we did have an issue getting into the garden to park, despite showing a video that we couldn't open the gate the concierge was repeatedly insisting that it wasn't locked. She did come round to help us after an hour but it wasn't the best way to arrive and interrupted our plans for the afternoon..

😊: The house is beautiful and has a lot of potential, however it needs to be taken care of, as it has been neglected. The view is very beautiful as well.. 😢: I did not appreciate the attitude of the concierge when we called to ask for bedsheets. She practically reproached us not seeing on booking that it said bedsheets and towels are not included. It does not clearly say that on booking, and it is easy to misunderstand and assume that they are, since for most properties it is included. Also we were told we should have replied to a mail they said they sent but we never received and choose to opt for this extra service. The price for one night of bedsheets and towels for one couple is 22 euros. We were charged outside the booking platform..

😊: The location is fantastic, the house is well equipped and looks exactly as in the photos. The concierge was very nice and helpful.. 😢: Nothing..
