Villa d'architecture de luxe avec de belles vues panoramiques

Il s'agit d'une très belle maison qui est bien equipée avec tout dont on a besoin (la cuisine également). On a une très belle vue de toutes les terrasses (il y en a trois) sur le paysage merveilleux. C'est une base parfaite pour des excursions à de nombreux lieus comme Narbonne, Béziers, Carcassonne, des plages, des couvents, des châteaux, etc. Nous avons profité de nos vacances à tous égards!

Les photos de l'annonce sont tres belles et certainement pas trompeuses, la villa est superbe, très bien équipée, l'emplacement ideal, calme avec beaucoup d'espace et 1 vue magnifique. Le petit village de Montouliers est tres agréable et il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans cette jolie region. A louer sans hesiter!

Villa Aquamarin is probably the best villa we have rented in our 30 years of holidaying in the South of France. Four spacious bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms, large open plan lounge / diner with panoramic views over open countryside. Everything in the villa is clean and bright. Outside there are three separate balconies ideal for dining or just relaxing with a glass of wine. The pool is beautiful with an infinity pool feel to it. The villa is situated on the edge of a very quiet, peaceful village and stands in it's own large grounds. Travel times are Bezier and Narbonne.......both a comfortable 30 mins and Carcassonne approx. 45 mins. For the coast add another ten minutes. We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Aquamarin and could only have been improved with English TV channels. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a property in this area.

We spent a week in villa Aquamarin and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house was modern and super-well equipped, we found everything that we needed there, and the pool was amazing and presented such views that made it difficult to get out of it :). The nearby village was also very nice and cozy and easy to walk to. We can also suggest the restaurant Le Chat qui Peche in the nearby Argeliers village - which was a comforatble walking distance from the villa (4km). Consequently - the house was remote in the sense that nobody disturbed us, but at the same time well placed for all kinds of sightseeing or other needs (Carcassonne, shops, other villages etc). All in all, I really wish we could have stayed on!
