Prior to going I had a few issues with Vrbo's booking service however both Vrbo and the host were most helpful in sorting the issue. I had some correspondence with the host prior to arriving, she was prompt and helpful with replies. I was met at the property by the hosts friend this was perfectly adequate. The outside area including the pool is stunning. Inside was good with comfy beds, and plenty of room for our families to chill and relax. We would all definitely come back to the hosts home, it's located well and close to all amenities and areas of interest. To provide feedback I would say that the outside furniture could be updated.The bedrooms, upstairs got really hot ( host provided plenty of fans) Cooking facilities are on the small side to cater for 2 or 3 families- not that this upset our holiday as we ate out frequently Again, I would say that the home was lovely!!

We had an amazing 2 week holiday in Valbonne. We were a party of 9 – aged from 8 to 50 – and found the house was a perfect size for us all. The house and surrounding garden/grounds are just beautiful. The pool is a great size and depth for all ages and the football/badminton court was a hit with the children too. We had pretty much all you need in the house for a comfortable self-catering holiday. There was a large supermarket and bakery only a 5 min walk (max) away which was super convenient. We had a few days out to local towns – Grasse, Biot, Antibes and Valbonne – which were all very beautiful and easy to get to. Carole was lovely and super communicative. She quickly answered all questions we had before and during our stay and sent us local recommendations that we asked about. The outdoor furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated and worn in places but there was plenty to use. The bedrooms were a pretty hot – especially at night. The fans provided helped but perhaps more powerful ones would have been better. Overall we had a fabulous time and wouldn’t hesitate going back!

The outside property was very nice with enough shadow. The children played in the pool. Also the youngest of three had a great time in the pool, he played on the steps in the pool. It was very hot the last days and the bedrooms were very hot too, especially on the second floor.

We had children from age 5 to 17 with us all absolutely loved the lovely pool and the tennis, as did the adults. Beautiful grounds and lovely little villages all around to visit.

We (5 kids and 5 adults) spent 10 days in the house and enjoyed every moment. You really need to work hard to get your kids to leave the house and the surrounding outdoor facilities - because everything is right there for them: Football, tennis, volleyball, pool, petanque, lots of space - in and out - table football etc. Everything is well kept with lemon trees, flowers in all colors and a nice lawn. The pool is big and good for both kids and adults. Inside the house is kept in a very charming style and with nice big rooms and several bathrooms. On the top of this we had a really good dialogue with Carole before, during and after our stay. Close to the house (5 minutes walking) there is a huge Carrefour, a nice baker, a pharmacy and other small shops. With only 10 minutes in a car you can go to either Valbonne or Biot (classical small villages with nice atmosphere), 20 minutes you are in Antibes or Cannes and 30 minutes you are in Nice or Grasse. We can highly recommend a holiday in this wonderful house.
