Villa de charme au seuil de la Cité et aux portes des Corbières

Propriété très agréable, très bien équipée. Très bonnes prestations. Situation idéale à 5min de Carcassonne. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine, en alternant excursions (de nombreux sites à visiter dans la région, proches de la maison) et repos bien mérité dans le jardin ou autour de la piscine. Excellent accueil, disponibilité et réactivité. Et des bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de la région. Encore merci !

La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable. La situation est idéale pour visiter le pays Cathare.

Deux semaines de détente en famille, avec excursions, sport et farniente. Une très belle région.

Grande et belle maison confortable, décorée avec bcp de goût. Des propriétaires charmants, Un jardin ombragé, une piscine ensoleillée, tout cela à 10 mns de Carcassonne. Bref je recommande +++

We spent a lovely week here in July, a family of 5 with children ranging from 3-12. The villa was the ideal home from home for us. Located overlooking vineyards on the edge of Palaja the villa is ideally located within walking distance of the village centre and yet very private. In the village there is collection of shops which include a boulangerie, small supermarket, pharmacy, a small eatery serving pizza, cheeses and drinks, and a fine butchers. There is also a nice restaurant on the edge of the village towards Carcassone. The lake is a 5 minute drive and has a sandy beach, a pebble beach and an area with inflatables in the water which our older boys loved. A 10 minute drive to Carcassone where there is the option of visiting the Medieval city or the newer part of the city, both excellent days out. The pool was ideal, with a large shallow step which was great for our 3 year old to splash about in. There are several loungers located around the villa to catch the sun or remain in the shade throughout the day. The hammock was a favourite for reading and relaxing. All in all a great week in a lovely villa.
