Villa de charme avec piscine magnifique

The house was really lovely, nicely decorated. The pool and the table tennis table were a big hit, and not only with the kids. Claudia informed us well in time about everything and was very quick to respond to queries.All in all, definitely recommend it!

We found the villa and garden spacious. The interior was comfortable and well equipped although aircoin in the main bedroom would have been preferable to an electric fan. The garden has a ping pong table, and there is plenty of shade from mature trees, which are strung with lights at night - an extra pleasure for dinner. In all, the space and atmosphere of the garden was rather magical. The pool is very large and well maintained. and the owner's son who lives separately on the site was helpful and discreet. We all really enjoyed our holiday.

Great accomodation spacious , private good rooms. Private swimming pool . Easy and quick response from host. Very nice interior . Loved the ambiance. Would certainly think of coming back Kind regards N

Très belle maison, spacieuse, confortable, aménagée avec bcp de goût. Très beau terrain avec une grande piscine pour se détendre au max. Propriétaire super gentille et toujours joignable. On reviendra, je recommande à 100 %. Merci Claudia!!

Das Haus war für uns die "eierlegende Wollmilchsau": *4 Schlafzimmer (zumindest nach kurzer Irritation bei der Anreise - bezogen waren am Anfang nur 3 Betten in 3 Zimmern...) *super Lage: schnell auf der Autobahn; nur 20 Minuten zum nächsten schönen Strand; nur gute 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Montpellier (das uns unglaublich gut gefallen hat!) *geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert *und vor allem: DER POOL! Super groß (geschätzt 10mx5m) und schön tief (geschätzt 130cm - 190cm), so dass unsere großen Kids (11, 12, 14, 15) ihn in vollen Zügen genießen und auch richtig "beschwimmen" konnten. Claudia war immer erreichbar und hat binnen weniger Sekunden auf WhatsApps geantwortet, wenn es ein Problem gab (Stromausfall, heißes Wasser weg, Spülmaschine kaputt). Vielen Dank!!! :-) Auch war das Haus an sich sauber, es gab genügend Handtücher und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Allerdings war in der Küche einiges schon alt und kaputt und die Küche selber war leider nicht so sauber, wie man sich das wünscht (v.a. Kühlschrank und Schubladen, auch hat alles in den Schubladen recht muffig gerochen). Aber alles in allem ein Haus zum rundum wohlfühlen!

First it’s only 3 bedrooms not 4. the fourth room have an open sofa with bed villa is not fully with AC the master bedroom and the sofa room doesn’t have an AC and they smell so bad you can’t stand the smell. The first two nights the upstairs bedrooms the AC was broken and it was super hot. The villa is not clean at all you can see spider web in every corner of the house. There is a mouse living in the kitchen you can hear it moving in the kitchen cabinet and we saw his shit in the drawers. Last day of out stay we didn’t have water the water ran out while we are showering. Last but not least the pool wasn’t clean when we checked in and the pool siding have greenish on the walls. And finally when we spoke with the landlord she said we can cancel our contract and leave and of course we couldn’t do it as we traveled from New York it’s not that easy for us to just leave. I have pictures for everything. And at the end hope you find a better place to spend your vacation or to enjoy your time. A small reminder don’t ever go there

Propriété acceuillante sans vis à vis et au calme, seuls le chant des cigales et le croassement des grenouilles le soir, Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique, grâce aux équipements (vaisselle, ménagère, ustensiles de cuisine linge de maison etc) literie impécable sans compter la grande piscine nickelle et le grand jardin. Les commerces sont à 10 mn en voiture maxi et très diversifiés Carrefour, Grand frais,Marie Blacher (je recommande la tarte aux fraises) et même Paris store pour les amateurs de cuisine asiatique. Un seul bémol il n'y a pas de rampe à l'escalier . Je recommande cette propriété et son hôte Claudia Thon à l'écoute des locataires avec des attentions sympas (panier de bienvenue avec spécialités du coin, bouteilles d'eau et de bouteille de rosé au frais). J'y reviendrais avec plaisir
