Villa de charme avec piscine proche Alpilles

The house was great! The living room and bar are terrific. The bedrooms are comfortable, a bit college, and the ensuite bathrooms work very well and are nice. The owner is very responsive and fixed items quickly and graciously. Cabannes is a nice village, a bit out of the way, but close enough to Avignon and Aix and the wonderful towns between. Overall this is a well priced property and a great value. We had better than a great time!

First of all, we arrived ahead of check-in time. Sophie let us check in earlier, and pretty quickly resolved the issue of early check-in. And Sophie also suggested a late departure, which was very nice. Sophie was always in touch, answered very quickly and informatively. One of the best hostels I've ever met. Secondly, the villa. It will exceed all your expectations. In reality, the villa is more beautiful and larger than in the photo. The house itself is something incredible. A mixture of the spirit of Provence and modern technology. Large panoramic windows in the living room, a large wooden dining table. Comfortable large armchairs for relaxing in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. And the pool. HUGE! And of course, all this beautiful flora around the pool and the house, the big old pines leave cool even in the heat. A separate small house with a toilet and a shower is a useful thing for families with children. The bedrooms have air conditioning. Special thanks for that. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is good. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The supermarket is about five minutes on foot, by car faster. Bakeries and pizzerias, a pharmacy and a bank are all within a five-minute walk. We remember with great delight our vacation at Sophie's house.

Excellent location for excursions throughout the Provence. Great back yard fully fenced in and excellent security. Very charming house with lots of character and the sleeping quarters all equipped with their own bathrooms, not large but fully sufficient. As we were there in the winter it was great that the heaters worked well. The Intermarche just across the cemetery and the boulangerie in 10 min. walking distance. We will be back.

La maison est très pratique à vivre, chaque chambre avec salle de bains, grande pièce à vivre (salon-salle à manger), toile solaire, volets, air conditionné; cuisine très bien équipée avec appareils modernes. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs en cas de problème ou de question. Très bonne localisation, au calme et proche d'une boulangerie et d'un Intermarché (accessibles à pied), à mi-chemin entre les sites touristiques d'Avignon et des Alpilles (Saint-Rémy de Provence, les Baux...). Une gentille attention (bouteille de Champagne) à l'arrivée. S'il fallait trouver un point moins positif, ce serait l'aspect un peu "daté" de la salle de séjour (année 80 probablement) mais cela reste confortable. Par contre les chambres viennent d'être refaites apparemment et sont pimpantes.
