Villa de charme, Classée 3, entre mer et montagne

Good position, quiet and relaxing. Easy access to beach front by car, bus or walking. Well equipped villa with great pool. Lower floor bedroom very dark, lacks windows. Overall a very enjoyable week.

This exceptional proprietary was a tremendous experience from the moment we communicated with the owner Isabelle. Mme Benssaber was present at our arrival and was helpful with all details. The property was very clean with beautiful views and all appliances. The pool is lovely and heated. Located in a quiet area yet close to sea and shops. Highly recommended (we intend to return).

Très bien accueilli, la propriétaire est charmante. La maison est magnifique, large salon, 4 belles chambres, très belle terrasses tout autour de la maison. Piscine agréable. Vue sur mer. On a adoré.

Sehr schönes helles Haus, mit mehreren Terassen und somit der Möglichkeit ,Schatten- oder Sonnenplätze aufzusuchen. Vier schöne ebenfalls helle Schlafzimmer, eines davon aber mit Lichtschacht und ohne Fenster. Alles sauber und gepflegt und sehr netter Kontakt zu den Eigentümern und zu der Agentur vor Ort.Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Cavalaire. La villa est est très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une semaine agréable en famille ou entre amis (piscine, plancha, table de ping pong, climatisation, ...). Elle est à 5 minutes du centre de Cavalaire, ce qui permet d'aller à la plage rapidement et sans bouchons (stratégique pour le golfe de St Tropez!). La propriétaire était disponible à chaque fois que nous avions une question, tant avant la location que pendant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et silencieuses.

We were allowed to spend three weeks in this beautiful house this summer. During two weeks we were a family of four, in one week the grandparents joined us. We enjoyed this time very much, for several reasons. Thanks to the two floors and the various seating areas around the house, we could sit together comfortably, but also find peace and quiet in the shade. The pool is nice, even if it is behind the house. However, especially in the evening this gives you for a little longer sun. The front yard offers enough space for two or even three cars. The garden is wonderful and the sea view is better than in the photos. As mentioned, the house is really beautiful. It is very stylishly furnished, the beds are very soft in all the rooms we used, and thanks to three toilets (two of which are proper bathrooms) you can really spend a good vacation with six people. The kitchen with everything you need is complemented by an outdoor plancha - perfect for a barbecue. Other positive aspects are the professional handling of the rental including the handover, the regular cleaning of the pool and the fact that we could even rent a crib, high chair and all kinds of linen. Actually, there is only one rather negative point, which probably has less to do with the house, but the infrastructure in the region: The Internet was at times so bad that you certainly cannot work, but also poorly watch movies or videos. However, it was enough for streaming music. We would certainly rent this house again.
