Villa de charme "La Maison Bleue" 4 étoiles Climatisation 12+ pers.

Great house, far better in real life than the pictures suggest, it is very French, spacious, well decorated and charming. We arrived and got a great welcome from Dominique and his wife, they showed us around the house and gardens and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. They were contactable by phone throughout our time there although we didn't need to make contact. As a family of 5 we often find it hard to get a house that is properly equipped and comfortably sleeps 5, this house could have accommodated 8 without the hassle of any pull out beds. The owners also provided plenty of literature on local amenities, restaurants and attractions. Shops and Boulangerie is a short walk away and supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. The house has everything you need for a holiday and the kitchen had all the small bits like salt, pepper, sugar etc. We really enjoyed the beach at Pyla-sur-Mer, kayaking and tree climbing and the Great Dune of Pyla is the tallest sand dune in Europe, this is just amazing. All these are a short drive away so we reccomend a car. We had sunshine and heat every day (27-30 degrees) which made a welcome change from Irish weather. We loved the house, the weather and the time out. We would definitely recommend the house.
