VILLA DE PRESTIGE 190 M2 , 25 minutes de la mer. Étang de Thau ,Sète, Pézenas

We had a wonderful holiday ,the house is very well equipped and comfortable . Everything you need in the kitchen ,2 large fridges ,one in the kitchen and the other in the utility room . Well maintained gardens and pool area . Comfy sun loungers and plenty of natural shade . Pool is gated and fenced so safe for our grandchildren and pool has good steps and a safety ledge all the way around . All four bedrooms have double beds and the two bathrooms have good sized walk in showers , there is no bath . Christel and Marc were very friendly and helpful , they sent us two lovely baskets of tomatoes from their garden during our stay and suggested some nice places to visit and eat locally . The goats that live on the property visited us regularly which our grandchildren really enjoyed . There is a lovely boulangerie in the village just a few minutes away but the supermarket in the village is permanently closed so the nearest supermarkets are 20 mins away at Clermont-l’Hérault,an Intermarche and huge Hyper U which is very well stocked . Both have petrol stations . We would definitely love to stay at the house again in the future .

Highly recommend this place, thanks for a great holiday

Les hôtes sont charmants et les visites et balades qu'ils ont suggérés à notre demande vraiment superbes à découvrir. La maison est totalement équipée et la piscine dispose d'un pool house. Pour ceux qui aiment la variété, il y a 3 tables où manger dehors (et une dedans). Pour les enfants, le jardins est équipé de balançoire, toboggan et d'un mini 4x4 à pédales. Une seconde maisonnette est même à côté de la plus grande table à manger pour que les petits y jouent si le repas dure trop pour eux. Bref, le paradis...

Grande maison idéale pour deux familles avec des petits ou grands enfants: piscine sécurisée, maisonnette, pétanque, fléchette, équipements pour bébé,… Propreté impeccable. Très bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout, même du bon vin du domaine des propriétaires. 🙂 Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité, et pour tous leurs conseils afin de passer un excellent séjour. On reviendra sûrement!

superbe maison, spacieuse, joliment décorée. Au calme perdue dans les vignes, chouette piscine : dépaysement assuré!!! très bel accueil des propriétaires. très propre, très fournie: (matériel piscine, matériel enfant, vaisselle..etc..)belles chambres, grandes pièces, bonne literie. nous n'avons manqué de rien. les propriétés sont très sympathiques et très disponibles. nous sommes des habitués de location en période estivale: cette maison restera notre coup de coeur ! merci a vous pour ces superbes vacances !!!

Maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre . Jardin très bien entretenu et piscine bien exposée et aux alentours spacieux avec tout le nécessaire à disposition . La climatisation permet de passer des nuits reposantes même lors des fortes chaleurs . Les propriétaires sont charmants , disponibles et prévenants . Leur potager et leur poulailler sont accessibles facilement, ce qui est très sympa pour les enfants . Le cheval willow aime les visites surtout accompagnées de nourriture., La région regorge de possibilités : plage , rivière , canoë , lac , randonnée , grottes et villages pittoresques.... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le temps est passé bien vite . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir .

We had a brilliant family holiday in this villa. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are looking for complete peace and quiet in the Languedoc. You will obviously need a car but there are some fantastic towns, beaches and other swimming areas nearby. We brought bikes as there are also brilliant cycling routes (as long as you don’t mind a few hills!). The villa itself is really nice and exactly how it appears in the photos; there is absolutely loads of space inside and out. It also feels like a proper home – a lot of thought and personal touches have gone into the decoration, garden and pool area. You could easily spend the whole day here if you’re too lazy to go out. Lastly we also want to say thank you to the owners Christelle and Marc who were so nice and accommodating. My father is in a wheelchair so they arranged to resurface the gravel path leading up to the house and also provided a shower chair. We would certainly consider returning when booking our next holiday.
