Villa de prestige classée 5 vue mer, calanques, Cassis. Piscine chauffée.

We had stayed at the house for two weeks. The villa located in a gated community approximately 10 min drive from the center of Cassis and about the same distance from the beach. The house has stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and quiet. There are three refrigerators, a washer and a dryer, gas grill and a pool (hot-tub size) on the property. Almost all rooms have air conditioning, which was such a great feature. Plenty of seating area inside and outside for big groups, plus three parking spaces. We also had access to the big pool and a tennis court on the communal grounds. There are many great restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and coffee shops in the area. However, the house is in a tired and worn condition and in an urgent need of repairs/renovation. It really needs to be painted and deep-cleaned all over. The faucet in a master bedroom is very inconvenient to use. They either need to change it or reinstall the mirror. There were ants inside, which is not what you would expect from a "luxury" place. The internet connection was not very reliable, so we had to purchase a local mobile modem. Also, in all other places we stayed in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain over the years, the price always included a weekly cleaning and a change of bed linens. Not here, unfortunately. It is a great property. It just needs some love and care.

Plenty of space for the 9 of us to spread out. Abundant equipment. Magnificent view. All that we expected. Kitchen a little small as well as the swimming pool. Town and beach not really accessible on foot; not an issue in mid-june but maybe more of a problem at top of the season.

What a beautiful villa to enjoy the sunsets as pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of room with many different ares to relax and enjoy the view. 20 minute walk for those who enjoy a challenge, otherwise, 5 minute drive to charming town with lots of restaurants, shopping. Host responded immediately to any questions, concerns.

Villa magnifique avec une superbe vue sur Cassis ! Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants et chacun a pu avoir son espace dans la maison. Nous avons apprécié le terrain de pétanque et la terasse du pool housse pour l'apero ! Un grand merci à Pascal qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement.

La vue est magique, la villa est vaste et superbe et se prête à un séjour à plusieurs. Tout l équipement nécessaire est disponible

The villa is amazing. So many areas to enjoy together and plenty of privacy. A gorgeous setting and view of the sea and town, plus the national park is all around you. We spent more time at the villa than we had planned just because it was so lovely.

Perfect home for our group - two families with adult kids - of 9 people. The house was very comfortable. The views fantastic. Just a wonderful relaxing stay.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks, and would have been happy to stay 3 more! This Villa has a perfect layout, very well equipped, with a picturesque setting. You will never tire of the beautiful views of the mountains sea. It is only 1 mile from a quaint town with lots of activity. We will be back!
