Villa de standing au calme dans un quartier résidentiel

Sehr gute Lage, insbesondere Supermarkt in Gehentfernung. Strand im Prinzip zu Fuß erreichbar, aber insbesondere der schöne Strand Espiguette besser mit dem Auto. Das Haus war perfekt für uns, alles vorhanden, alles genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gutes WLAN. Praktisch die Garage zum Reinfahren für Be- und Entladen. Für einen Reitausflug durch die Camargue (auch für Anfänger) mehrere Reitställe in Gehentfernung, ein dortiges Schild ist zutreffend: "Dienstplan Schnaken: 6Uhr bis 18 Uhr und 18Uhr bis 6Uhr" Insofern ist es gut, dass das Haus sehr gut mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern ausgestattet ist! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Aigues mortes (auch La Marette - Maison du Grand Site de France neben den üblichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu empfehlen), Nimes, Montpellier und Pont du Gard, auch Uzes sehr, sehr zu empfehlen! Winziges Manko: die benachbarten Camping/Urlaubsanlagen haben lautstarke Animation bis 1Uhr nachts. Allerdings sind die Fenster des Hauses gut. Geschlossen bleibt der Lärm draußen. Klimaanlage (im OG) funktioniert gut. Stromabrechnung problemlos für 11 Tage hatten wir als 5köpfige Familie €22 zu zahlen. Insgesamt Haus und Ort sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut gelegen in einem Wohngebiet. In der Nähe sind ein U-Supermarkt und bis zum Hafen ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, aber wir haben zum ersten Mal erlebt, dass trotz des recht hohen Mietpreises vor der Abreise noch Stromgeld bezahlt werden mußte.

The house is lovely , in a quiet road with great off road parking. Communication with Catherine was very good and we were allowed access earlier than the specified time. We were shown around and everything explained, although we had not realised we would have to pay for the electricity used until that point. Without using the air con it cost us 14 Euros for 14 days. The house was exactly as shown, plenty of room and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the utility room was useful. The bathroom is big with 2 sinks, large shower cubicle and big corner bath, great for soaking tired legs after a long day. The WiFi worked fine and was 8.05 Mbps download and 4.25 Mbps upload. We loved the integral garage that had doors leading into the house. It made moving things from car to house simple and safe. The garden was a good size, with plenty of privacy despite the buildings behind and both sun and shade depending on your requirement. There is a Super U supermarket and small shops and McDonald’s a 5 minute walk away. The beach at L’espiguette is a short drive or cycle ride on the cycle path. There is a marina nearby with various restaurants and you can do a good walk along the waterside into Le Grau du Roi. We would not hesitate to return to this excellent accommodation.

Super villa au calme avec un voisinage très respectueux , nous avons passe un magnifique séjour je recommande fortement ! Proche de pas mal d’activités et a 15 min a pied de la mer environ ! Les propriétaire sont super gentil et a l’écoute .

Les propriétaires sont très acceuillants, la maison est très agréable et propre, tout confort, bien située, un jardin assez grand avec une grande terrasse partiellement couverte. Grande recommandation pour cette location !

Nous sommes de fidèles hôtes de la villa ESPIGUETTE depuis 5 saisons. La maison, récente, spacieuse, bien équipée et très bien entretenue, est implantée dans un quartier résidentiel agréable, également à quelques minutes de tous les commerces utiles. Ses caractéristiques sont fidèles à l'annonce au point qu'elle est pour nous (loueurs exigeants) un peu plus qu'un lieu de vacances. Il fait bon s'y retrouver quelle que soit l'activité de la journée, plage ou échappée touristique. Les propriétaires, confiants, sont très accueillants.
