VILLA DE STANDING SUR GOLFE DE SAINT TROPEZ AVEC PISCINE PRIVEE, PLAGES A 200M

Absolutely recommendable - the house was even more beautiful than on the pictures. You could easily walk to the beach and to the bakery. We loved it!

Schöne, saubere Villa mit moderner Einrichtung an guter und ruhiger Lage, direkt am Golfplatz gelegen. Auch der beheizte Pool wurde gut gewartet, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Für die Kinder zum Spielen hat es vor dem Haus eine optimal grosse ebene Rasenfläche. Einziger negativer Punkt war ein zwar klimatisiertes Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, jedoch ohne Aussenfenster, wir waren glücklicherweise nicht darauf angewiesen. Insgesamt sonst sehr empfehlenswerte Villa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout a été parfait et notre contact a été au petit soin pour nous. Proximité de la plage, proximité de ste Maxime et de st Tropez, golf pour les amateurs, vraiment d excellentes vacances. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

There were various items to be fixed .doors not closing .one room can not be used because room above had a leaking shower and as such it was full oh humidity .the shower leaking could not be used so that bedroom guests had to use an other one .one of the bedroom has no window so for us it is more for 12 persons than 14 .there was no gas left for the bbq Very good location, nice house but for such price all that should have been fixed before our arrival Unlike what is said in the announce there is no one day vacancy between group stay

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Lediglich eine Beleuchtung direkt am Pool und eine Außendusche haben uns gefehlt, beides aber wohl schon in Planung!

Overall a good house to stay at, newly refurbished, good location. Communication wasn't great and was slow. Was disappointed when the owner refused to refund despite a member of the party contracting COVID, which would pose a risk to future tenants by almost forcing us to come to avoid losing money. Luckily was able to find a replacement group to stay there.
