Mit dem Auto ist man superschnell in Nizza.<br>#128577; Nur 2 Sets Schlüssel, Parken mit großem Auto etwas schwierig an der Location.

Fabulous stay in this gem...<br>#128578; The Villa had all the amenities you could want and was well stocked with everything. The grounds and pool area were lovely too. The Villa is set in a quiet area with outstanding views of the bay and sea. Uber into Nice in 5minutes was easy to organise. Having a Carrefour supermarket just down the road was a real bonus too. It is walkable in 10 minutes.<br>#128577; There was nothing we didn’t like. The only improvement I could suggest was to install air conditioning in the living/kitchen area as it was a lovely addition to the downstairs bedrooms

Very pleasant restful place...<br>#128578; We liked everything. After spending the previous two weeks in much smaller apts/bookings in northern France, the villa was a palace by comparison. We loved having the entire home to ourselves, the sitting gardens and private pool deck and roof terrace for lounging. My only "complaint" is that we didn't have more time to spend there! The villa was as described so there were no surprises and it was a pleasure to have Donna as our contact.<br>#128577; The street where the villa is located is quite narrow (two-way street that can't fit two cars going in opposite directions so someone has to back-up!). However, the villa had a garage space down the street and just around the corner - which we used (rent a small-car; we had a new-ish Jeep Compass and that was almost too big) and simply walked to and from the villa from the garage. The narrowness of the streets/parking spaces is not really a reflection on the villa but rather on Nice ...

Exceptional<br>#128578; Spacious beautifully furnished villa with superb views over the bay. Lovely heated pool set in very pretty garden. An outstanding property. We had a fabulous week.
