Villa du Paradisier – Elegance, relaxation, and the beach just 50 meters away

Wir haben das Haus genau wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Die Gestaltung innen und außen ist wirklich toll, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist in hervorragendem, neuwertigem Zustand. Der beheizte Innenpool ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist traumhaft, es ist absolut ruhig und es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Alles war tipptopp sauber, die Abwicklung und der Kontakt waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Maison très très propre, et très bien équipée. La piscine est vraiment un plus avec des enfants par temps de pluie. Bon emplacement, on peut apercevoir la mer. Pleins de visites et balades à faire dans le coin. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

I chose Le Paradisier very carefully. I wanted a house that it would be a pleasure to hang out in, a pool was a must and a location close to a beautiful beach for walking essential for my sanity. As a mum of a twelve year old who struggles with changes in routine, I knew from experience that the first few days he wouldn't leave the house as he'd be settling in and getting used to his new environment so in order for it to be any sort of a holiday for me, the house would need to be pretty special. Le Paradisier is that house. Gorgeous in every way the owner Helene Ourset loves using colour in her interiors and everywhere you look is a feast for the eyes. The stunning pool is covered but opens out onto the front garden so when the weather is nice, as it was every day of our stay, you have that open air feeling whilst being able to directly access the two downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs the open plan living dining kitchen space leads onto a covered terrace with stylish outdoor furniture so you have a large outdoor as well as indoor place to eat and relax. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and all arranged in a sleek and orderly manner. Barneville Plage with it's peaceful promenade planted with grasses and alliums is a family beach with a little cafe and you can rent kayaks and fat bikes to explore south as far as you like. It was ideal. Carteret is a ten minute drive and has some nice artisan shops, cafes and restaurants. I would have liked to stay longer and would love to return which says it all really. We are a family of four and the accommodation was just right for us with double beds in each of the three bedrooms. If you want your holiday accommodation to feel a little luxurious, much more than just a base for exploring, Le Paradisier IS perfection.

We travelled as a family group of 6 ranging in age from 10 to 71. This house was absolutely perfect for all of us. The pool was amazing for our two sons. The quality of the interior was very high with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals. Location wise, it could not be better. Only one minute walk from the beach. The area is just wonderful. So many lovely places to visit and we had many amazing meals in local restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend Le Paradisier to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to spend quality time with family or friends.
