Villa du XVème siècle, en vieilles pierres, piscine, jardin, 12 personnes

Magnifique maison, très bien équipée avec tout le confort pour nos 2 familles. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et nous en garderons un excellent souvenir! Merci à Vincent et Pelagie pour l’accueil. Nous recommandons definitivement cette location, à 200%!

Nous avons passé une semaine tout à fait agréable dans cette très belle propriété qui se démarque par son cachet particulier, son espace, son confort, sa décoration et sa très belle piscine. Location à recommander en toutes saisons. Merci encore pour l’accueil.

Nous étions un grand groupe d’amis (12 personnes) avec 2 bébés à séjourner dans cette charmante maison ancienne. Le cadre est très reposant. La maison est très spacieuse avec des grandes pièces pour profiter tous ensemble (grand salon / cuisine avec une très grande table à manger / extérieur) ainsi que de superbes chambres permettant à chacun d’avoir un peu d’intimité. Les 4 salles de bains sont appréciables pour un grand groupe. L’espèce extérieur est très agréable et parfaitement aménagé pour profiter du beau temps entre amis. La piscine chauffée est un grand plus. L’espace BBQ avec une grande table à manger nous a permis de profiter des dernières soirées d’été en terrasse. Par ailleurs, la maison présente une salle de jeu au sous sol. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne s’occupant de la maison sur place était parfaite. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons vivement cette maison ! Encore merci !

Malgré 12 personnes au total on ne se marche pas dessus tellement la maison est grande, la piscine est très bien entretenue, je recommande cette maison. Avec le soleil, le séjour était parfait.

An amazing property that had a wonderful structure and was just waiting for someone to come along and give it a "make-over". The renovation has been hugely successful and the house is now absolutely beautiful, with real character. It is totally ideal either for a large family or two smaller ones. The bedroom layout is excellent, with bedrooms at each side of the living room, each side with their own showering and bathroom facilities. These were rated by our party to be amongst the best showers we have ever experienced in numerous holiday houses. The pool is really lovely, being heated to a comfortable temperature and the secure garden fabulous for children to run, hide and play games. The location is some way from the hustle bustle of the main Loire region but we found plenty of interesting and beautiful sites (including chateaus) to visit. There were small towns to explore, with excellent restaurants. La Chatre is only 10 minutes by car and has excellent supermarkets, a delightful town square and some decent pavement cafes. Vincent (the Owner) was very responsive to the few small queries that we had and we were met on arrival by the very friendly and helpful housekeeper (Jonelle). Very highly recommended - Thank You, we had a wonderful holiday!

Lovely house set in a quiet village. Very relaxing. Helpful managers. Joëlle made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly. Everything was perfect. The house had all sorts of extras - indoor and outdoor games, TV and music system and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Really nice pool, good size and steps to get in easily. Only didn’t give 5 stars throughout because no shops in village but there are great shady riverside walks and only 7 minutes drive to good supermarket in next town. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.
