Villa Éléonore Disneyland

😊: Cool as old property so thick walls. 😢: Poor communication from agents not resolving issues. No fitted fire alarm in property. Very dirty floor on arrival and had a crawling baby with us. Garden covered in stinging nettles so unable to use. Broken fridge took 5 days to replace and put other side of property. No blinds in some bedrooms and bathrooms affecting dignity and privacy. Bedside lamps not working and broken bulb with sharpe glass left in one. Outsides bins overflowing from prior guests and told to take our rubbish to local drop off. Carpet on steps coming up causing trip hazard (which I did).

😊: Nice & spacious Plenty comfortable seating in lounge . Not far from Disney Land Paris by taxi . Plenty of bathroom / shower rooms . Bedrooms all a good size . Well equipped kitchen Large refrigerator& dishwasher.Teabags & coffees pods for use . Small kitchen welcome pack for washing up . Welcome packs of small shower gels & shampoo in all shower rooms .Large dinning table for family of seven to sit at . Outside area to sit .Small outdoor pool to use Plenty towels for showers. Plenty toilet tissue in toilets .. 😢: A few maintenance issues. Handles on two bedroom doors need fixed & one shower room handle . Two blind slats missing from one bedroom window . White spot stains on one bedroom chest of drawers . Outside top of one garden table needs replaced . Wall at bottom of patio cracked needs fixed .Bathroom mirror in one shower room cracked at corner . Downstairs bathroom door stop needs fixed .Outside garden when we arrived had not been maintained . Received text saying Gardner would arrive next day . Garden didn’t look much better when we arrived home the next day .These issues would not take long to sort . I also found a very stained pillow in a drawer . I left it in the laundry room for cleaners to deal with ..
