Villa entièrement climatisée, 6 personnes, piscines, Wi-Fi, vue Mer Méditerranée

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. Great views from the terrace down to the sea, lovely beaches nearby and the pool on the complex. Villa itself was clean and nicely appointed, plenty big enough for our family of 5.

Die sehr geräumige und gepflegte Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Siedlung in 1a Lage mit toller Aussicht (inkl. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe). Für die Kids waren bei dem sonnigen Wetter die Pools abends natürlich perfekt zur Abkühlung. Hervorzuheben sind die äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. P+J lieferten schon im Vorfeld viele wertvollen Tipps zur Gegend und auch der Austausch von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche durch die Hausmeister (nach einer Woche) ist unserer Meinung nach ein toller Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The swimming pools on site were great for winding down after time on the beaches (days of placid sea and waves for variety) or in the mountains. Plenty of cooking utensils for eating in the evening too. Beforehand the owners were clear and helpful in what to expect. Overall totally recommended.

Mitten im französischen Fair, im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus mit allen Tools, die man so im Alltag braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl wir nur den Abend und die Nacht im un ums Haus verbrahcht haben. Platz ist genügend vorhanden, die 2 Bäder war DER Hit, denn nach einer verschwitzten Tour wollte am besten jeder gleichzeitig duschen ;-) Die Klimaanlage ist top, ebenso die Aussicht mit den unvergesslich schönen Sonnenaufgängen. Bemerkenswert ist dann noch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, angefangen von der Anfahrt bis hin zu allen Einzelheiten im Haus, sogar das Wetterbericht für die Ferienwoche haben wir vorab erhalten und per SMS oder Email kamen die Antworten auf Fragen sehr schnell. Ich würde das Haus jedem mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Danke Peter und Janet!!!

This was an amazing holiday home and we enjoyed every minute of it. It was clean, tidy and well kept. The view and terrace area was very nice. We loved the pool area. It was never crowded, and it was also very well kept, clean and tidy. The area around Fitou was very nice and we enjoyed driving around. Leucate was perfect for food shopping and restaurant visits. The owners of the holiday home was fantastic with communication and was always prepared to answer questions. Overall 5 out of 5 :-)

We stayed here last 2 weeks of June, myself, partner our little boy (19 m) and partners parents. We fell in love as soon as we arrived, very homely, comfortable and so well equipped. We ate most mornings and evenings outside, comfortably and had a high chair too. The pools were great and only a 2 min walk although we spent most days on the beach at leucate which is only a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this property and would definitely return ourselves. Peter and Janet were brilliant and kept in touch before our stay and offered advice on what was happening near by.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. It is beautifully presented with a gorgeous view to lighthouses and the sea. It's got all the equipment you need including beach toys for the kids and little touches like dishwasher tablets etc. Peter the owner was very helpful including arranging the posting of a forgotten item. It is a very quiet complex but it meant we often had the pools almost to ourselves, which was great. Fitou is a small traditional village and the beaches nearby are beautiful, if sometimes fairly windy but it was refreshing in the summer heat!
