Villa entourée de verdure avec parking privé

😊: Excellent location, very quiet and relaxing and the accommodation was very clean, stylish and well equipped. The hosts were always very quick to respond to messages, but otherwise left us alone. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of helpful items such as a vacuum, clothes dryer, washing machine, iron and more. Our dog also enjoyed the stay, making use of the lovely garden and enjoying the views from all the windows. Everything was explained clearly, with a helpful welcome pack, and we had a great stay.. 😢: Everything was excellent. We had a small issue with the WiFi not working on arrival, but this was fixed by the owner within 30 minutes of us contacting them. To other people staying at the accommodation, simply open the back of the WiFi device, remove the internal battery, reinsert it again and then reboot the device to get it working. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable either, but these very small points didn’t detract from the stay at all - it’s still 10/10..

😊: Very nice house, renovated, in a quiet area but close to Lille, Kortrijk and many smaller villages with supermarkets/shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return - maybe summer to make use of the garden as well! - closed garden - well equipped kitchen - shutters for all windows - nice bathroom - parking on the property - good & fast communication with the host -…. 😢: - internet could be better.

😊: Well located to autoroutes for travelling and local facilities for shops/supermarkets. Had stayed here before and was pleased to return. We plan to return in the future.. 😢: WIFI can be problematic but not insurmountable..

😊: Nice light and airy accommodation with adjustable heating. Spotless fridge and freezer and Villa clean throughout. The bed was very comfortable. Roller blinds on all windows. Great location with easy access to main roadways into France, Belgium and the Netherlands. With an hour to an hour and a half driving you can visit many places. We only stay at places with private parking and this was excellent as the villa's parking is set behind gates. Easy access to our favourite French supermarkets Auchan, Carrefour and Super U plus the Colruyt in Belgium. The hosts are on hand if needed.. 😢: As previous people have remarked - the WiFi was a struggle to get a signal. The gate to the parking area is not automatic with a blipper. It is manually operated and pretty heavy and slides on a roller. If you shut it behind you as you leave the front of your car will be into the road while you do this and it is on a bend, so keep an eye out for coming traffic if you have a long vehicle..
