😊: Communication with Max and Laura was excellent. They kept us informed and were very professional. The property is in a very quiet location and is large and well equipped. We were a bit nervous due to some of the more recent reviews however we had no need to be. Checkin was great and Max answered all our queries. He turned up on time to give us our deposit back. The house was lovely and I think some reviews are unfair. We treated the house like our own home and would have no Hesitation in returning. 😢: The house needs some maintenance. Sticky bathroom floor, spongy floorboards in one bedroom and a dirty mattress when stripping the bed. This did not effect our enjoyment but suggestions for the future..

😊: The house and the facilities. 😢: Not Recommended at All! The house is located in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute drive from Colmar’s tourist center. we used four large, comfortable bedrooms, and the kitchen was big, well-equipped, and convenient. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. After making the reservation, we discovered that using the outdoor jacuzzi shown in the listing costs an extra €100, plus a €250 cash deposit – on top of the €500 cash security deposit required upon arrival. This was not clearly mentioned and felt very unpleasant. Even worse was the attitude of the property representative. When checking out, despite the fact that we had tidied the house, gathered all linens and towels, and left everything in good order, she behaved rudely and aggressively – complaining about small crumbs in the sink, floors not perfectly clean, and fingerprints on the fridge doors. I was asked to collect all the trush from the bins in the toilets.. We paid a high price to enjoy a comfortable vacation not to deal with such unpleasant and disrespectful treatment..

😊: Very big with lots of bathrooms. 😢: Coffee machine did not work, not every room had A/C.

😊: If you only intend to use 3 bedrooms at most, this is a good place, big enough, good kitchen, and warm, with parking space for 3 cars, and quite close to the city centre by car. Also a very good kitchen.. 😢: In the pictures, there are only photos of three of the bedrooms, but the fourth and fifth bedrooms are a way worse experience for the people that stay in them. They are super small, smell very bad and not clean, don't have toilet or bathrooms inside or nearby, and one of them even don't have a mirror. Basically, they are like a hostel. While others are enjoying their stay in the resort, if you stay in one of the other rooms will feel like a second class guest, despite paying the same amount of money as other ones. Also, the host was quite rude after mentioning this issue, and not only did not try to resolve it in any way, but also started an argument and blamed us for choosing the resort..
