Maison bien équipée. Gérante disponible sans problème. Le plus reste l’emplacement de la maison permettant de tout faire à pied ou à vélo. Environnement ultra calme.

Exzellente Lage, sehr ruhig und zentral, kurze Wege. Renoviertes altes Haus, gute Geräteaustattung.

La maison est très confortable, propre et fonctionnelle . Elle est adaptée parfaitement aux familles avec enfants et elle est très bien équipée . Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants . La situation géographique est idéale entre lac et océan, à proximité du centre ville . Nous recommandons vivement cette location . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Cette maison est idéalement située, à quelques pas du lac, pas très loin de l’océan et du centre ville. Le jardin est très agréable. Tout peut se faire à vélo. C’est l’endroit parfait à Hossegor.

Emplacement idéal entre lac et océan, proche du centre ville. Nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture des vacances et circulé uniquement en vélo. Endroit très calme.

We had a nice stay in this house which is very close to the center, the lake and the beach. Lovely upstairs space for the family and great garden for kids. However, as previously mentioned : one toilet is not enough for the house that can accommodate 6 people, downstairs seating area is a bit small for the party as well (luckily, we were spoiled with the weather and did not spend much time at the property). Overall-great experience

We stayed 2 weeks in July (couple with 2 children). Super location between the lake and the ocean. Not even 2 minutes away by bike from the centre of the town. But nevertheless a very quiet location. Almost no traffic in the street. House is well equipped with all needed appliances. Even a big separate freezer. Also the garden is very nice, quiet, well equipped (barbecue, different lights, garden hose, …) and with a lot of privacy. The only negative points (more to indicate that all the rest is very good) : - Air conditioning is located on the ground in the living room. The ceiling would have been a better place. Ground floor remains cool, first floor can become hot (we had a couple of days of 38 °C outside). But all windows have wooden shutters. So with a ‘normal’ summer temperature outside, also the bedrooms are not too warm. - Toilet is a bit noisy when the water tank refills, which is disturbing when the toilet is used during the evening/night.
