Villa familiale moderne entièrement équipée de 5 chambres avec piscine pour 10 personnes

We had an excellent stay in this superb villa in the south of France. The house is spacious, welcoming, and very well designed for everyday use. Book without hesitation!

We absolutely loved this property. Easy to find and very clean. The property is huge with many bedrooms and bathrooms and worked really well for the 7 of us (two children and 5 x adults). The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and we were all very comfortable here. In terms of location - it’s brilliant. Secluded but not isolated and close to Narbonne and Beziers with local shops and supermarkets within 10 mins of the property. Beaches can be found 25 mins from the property. Pool is spotless and well maintained. This is one of the best properties we have stayed in from VRBO and communication with owner and housekeeper was excellent. Could not recommended more!

We spent a week with our sons and their children (12 persons altogether). The house is well equipped for that many people: rooms, towels, kitchen ware, etc. The swimming pool is superb and the view from the terrace magnificent. The building is well constructed and windows are soundproofed. Not that neighbors would have been a problem but the cicadas (cigales). Fortunately they stopped their concert with the evening.

This was our 2nd time at the Villa. You cannot top the view from the pool. Absolutely stunning. The Villa itself is very highly equipped and has a lovely modern kitchen and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Hope to return again in a couple of years. Lovely property very spacious and well equipped. The privacy and view from the pool area are amazing. Kids and adults had a great time and would return.

This well-equipped villa is very spacious with plenty to do for families with young children or teenagers. The pool and sunbathing area is wonderful with plenty of sun loungers to dot around the side. It is in a peaceful location with great views yet the village with its bakery and other local amenities is a few minutes drive away or a short stroll. The supermarket is ten minutes away. There is a mini gym, bikes, plenty of DVDs and toys for the kids. We have now visited twice. The first time we were happy to soak up the sun and not venture far but on our return we visited more of the area including the canal, local vineyards, Narbonne and the beach. Carcassone is an hour's drive away and is a great day trip and for the more adventurous is a peak over the Spanish border. High standard of fixtures and fittings make it a welcoming place to stay and it is very clean.

We have visited this property twice in recent years and each time we have loved it. The views, the peacefulness, the space all contribute to a wonderful holiday. The villa is extremely child-friendly, equipped for children from a very young age right through to teenagers with bikes, games equipment, an extensive DVD library, a trampoline and of course, a wonderful pool, all set in beautiful gardens. The village of Marcorignan is relatively small, a pleasant stroll away, with a boulangerie and epicerie. The larger supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive. Narbonne is a bustling french town with a great square with cafes and restaurants, boutiques and the canal. It has an interesting food market. The beaches are another 20 minutes drive away. As the previous review notes, the best feature of this property is the terrace where evenings spent sampling produce from the local vineyards and eating from the barbeque are a holiday delight.

We really enjoyed our week in Marcorignan. The pool and terrace are the best features of this modern and comfortable villa, and they overlook a very pretty view of the vineyards. The bedrooms are not big, and could use a little more attention (such as bedside tables and reading lamps), but the kitchen is very well-equipped, the living room is very spacious and comfortable, and the gardens are pretty and well-maintained. There are lots of outdoor things for active children - the pool, the basketball hoop, the enclosed trampoline, bikes, and exerecise machines. The playroom with its art things and DVDs was a real bonus. There are two supermarkets very near by, and two bakeries in in the village. We particularly enjoyed renting an electric boat in Le Somail and going down the Canal du Midi. Overall, a house maintained to a high standard with an exceptional pool and view.
