😊: The location for disneyland paris 15 mins The little extras like a ice cold bottle of water and fresh orange juice tea coffee biscuits was a really nice touch as we arrived late. Car parking space was provided and secure parking. Cctv wot covers car and all round the grounds. The apartment was spotless clean. All information provided was excellent would definitely use again as I travel to France (disney) atleast 4 times a year and this is far the best accommodation we have stayed in would definitely be booking again for our next trip. 😢: N/A.

😊: 15 min away from disneyland, secure gate, electric chargers available too! Charming french building with lovely cosy apartments with all you need. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The apartment we rented was in a villa surrounded a big walled garden with a lot of trees. We could park the car inside. The garden gate could only be opened with a code, which increased the safety of the premises.. 😢: You can't make the reservation directly, you have to send a booking request and basically convince the host to accept your reservation. After the reservation is made and paid for, you get 4 more messages: one with a link to a reservation form and to let you know various rules, for instance that to check in before 5 pm costs "an additional €20 per hour depending on availability with a maximum amplitude of 2 hours for check-in". Another with the 3 codes needed (to the garden door, the building door and the room door) and to tell you that if you use more towels than the number of people for which the reservation is made you will pay €100 per towel. Another message the day before you leave, to tell you to do the dishes, throw out the trash, lock your door and make sure your car leaves the yard before 10 am (the penalty is also €20 per hour and you have to request the extra time in advance). The last message, after we left, told us "You are a trustworthy person and I hope my future guests will be like you. Therefore, I will a good review on your profile in the platform and invite you to do the same to help us ;-)" On the morning we checked out there were 6 or 7 cleaning people and workers on the premises, going up and down the stairs with equipment and extending some electrical wires in the courtyard, which made it more difficult to get the luggage to the car in the timely fashion imposed by the rules. Also, the sink in the bathroom is incredibly tiny and doesn't drain properly. There were no screens on the windows, so we had to keep them closed if the light was on inside, in order not to attract insects..
