Villa \"Glaz\" avec piscine intérieure chauffée toute l'année

Property listing and photographs are accurate and was extremely clean, we loved the indoor pool and complimentary pool toys. Communication via message with Christophe and Emilie was very quick and all queries answered. The property is very modern throughout and furnished to a very high standard. Large garden to the rear with large table and chairs, plenty of sun loungers and over head canopy, unfortunately due to the weather we couldn't enjoy these but as it is within walking distance to a butcher's and bakery we were able to walk there daily. Property is located in a quiet residential area but has easy access to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beach all within a 10-15 minute drive away or travel slightly further to other towns and ports. Downstairs consists of a double bedroom with shower room and toilet, laundry room and indoor pool, living area and open plan kitchen, upstairs you have 3 bedrooms, 1 is a double, and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and one of these rooms also has a single bed, with a shower room and toilet, not forgetting the foosball table and children's board games. The owners have carefully thought about providing the perfect stay for their guests and you notice this immediately. I would have no hesitation in booking again and look forward to staying again soon.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tous le monde a profité de la piscine et du jardin. La maison est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre.

We rented the house as two families with 3 small children. So 7 Persons. The first week was cold, windy and rainy, so we could profit from the indoor pool. It is heated to about 25 degrees Celsius which is great for children to play around for toddlers it was a bit cold so they couldn’t stay for too long. Overall the house is well insulated and floor heating is great for small children to sit on the floor to play around. The living room has perfect space for children to play inside on rainy days. The big table allows for up to 10 people to sit down for meals. The rooms are quite small but this is ok for a vacation location. Only minus here is that the house is quite noisy, this means once the toddlers are in bed you need to be very quiet in the living room. The second week was warm and sunny so we could profit from the big garden. Due to the big windows in the living room, you can perfectly do something in the kitchen or living room and still see the children in the garden. The kitchen is great and well arranged. All machines work well and it’s easy to keep clean. The overall location is great, you can walk to the village center easily where you will find a post office, a butcher store and a bakery. It’s close to Binic for groceries and other shopping. It’s a good base to explore the coastline of Britany and all it’s interesting spots. Ask for advice in the bakery ;-)

We can’t thank Christophe and Emilie enough. Even before we arrived they kept us up to date on any questions we had and greeted us upon arrival with a thorough tour of the house including all the info we needed to make the most of our trip! The house is great both location and amenities and the pool just a perfect addition to our holidays by the sea. Thanks to you both.

A newly built house which is very nice and well equipped. The indoor swimming pool is perfect when you have children to entertain. The owners are very nice and helpful and make you really feel at home. There is a good bakery and a butchers shop at a short walking distance. The charming town Binic is closely located.
