Villa grand confort, piscine privée et chauffée à Sarlat (900m du centre-ville)

We had a great time. The only thing was the house is on top of a hill. Had to use the car to go to town and places. On the other hand it was quiet and had privacy. The owner was very nice and helpful.

We spent a week in the villa in August 2022. We were incredibly disappointed to find the following: Dirty/stained sitting room furniture Very overgrown garden- unlike the photos, the pool could not be seen from the house patio so children could not be safely watched in the pool. All external areas needed attention including broken exterior lights, damaged decking, Broken parasol, etc. House accommodated 8 but only 5 (max) comfortable seats in sitting room Broken switches on BBQ Showers flooded in all wet rooms - floors had to be swept and dried after each shower as everything got very wet. Toilet blocked (however owner rectified this) Mismatched garden furniture. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher specification as per the photos. However the air con was very efficient.

L’emplacement de la maison est idéal pour visiter le Périgord noir et les équipements (piscine et climatisation) nous ont permis de passer un séjour parfait malgré la canicule.

Une maison spacieuse et au calme, dotée d'une très grande piscine qui a ravi toute la famille. La communication avec la gérante était très aisée (merci encore pour les quelques facilités d'entrée/sortie). Je recommande.

Emmanuelle was a wonderful host. She met us at the arranged time and gave us wonderful information about Sarlat. It was a fantastic apartment and we could drive down the hill to free parking and walk to downtime in 5 minutes. The private pool was perfect and even heated! Would recommend this to anyone for a visit to the Dordogne. Wonderful sites abound to explore.

This was an excellent home base for sight seeing in and around Sarlat-la-Canéda. We were very comfortable even with the heat wave. The pool was used daily for cooling off and the AC was great to have. The accommodation was as advertised, and the kitchen had everything needed. Emmanuelle was prompt in responding to queries and had many recommendations for local activities. Enjoyed our stay!

Superbe villa, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable. On y est comme chez soi car il ne manque absolument rien. La situation est exceptionnelle, à deux pas du centre de Sarlat et malgré tout au calme. Très joli jardin avec piscine dans un environnement arboré. Emmanuelle, la propriétaire, est adorable, très chaleureuse et à l'écoute elle est soucieuse du moindre détail afin que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. On ne rêve que d'une chose : revenir !
