Villa grand standing - piscine chauffée de 12 x 5 mètres

Wir waren sehr von dem Haus begeistert, weil es die Beschreibungen und Fotos auf Fewo noch übertroffen hat. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung war spitze. In dem genialen großen Pool konnte man sehr gut relaxen oder auch Wasserball spielen. Der Pool und der Garten sind nicht einsehbar. Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus eine perfekte Woche verbracht.

Well equipped house, great for cooking and bbq, and reading by the pool. Close to amazing long stretches of sandy beach (Grand Cohot highly recommended) - between trips to the beach and relaxing in the house, the week flew by. Quite a lot of mosquitoes though!

We have had a wonderful week here. The property is in a quiet residential area with a shop and bakery nearby. There were not as many restaurants or bars within walking distance as we had hoped, but a short drive away we found more and fabulous beaches. There were plenty of shaded walks for us to take our dog out which was great. We visited the water park in Archachon and also took the boat across from Belisaire, which is a beautiful place, one of the days. The owner and his neighbour were on hand if we had any problems, a language barrier with the neighbour as he spoke very little English and we spoke basic French but we got through! The owner spoke very good English and was easily contactable by phone or email if needed and both were very helpful friendly. All in all a wonderful week was had by myself, my wife, mother-in-law, my son and his girlfriend, my second son and our family dog. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day.

Super endroit, maison fantastique et propriétaire très gentil. Pas à oublier l‘accueil chaleureux par Monsieur Labarbe qui s‘en occupe de tout sur place! À recommander sans réserve!

Avec mon conjoint et notre chienne nous avons séjourné sur cette propriété pendant deux semaines. Je viens de la région, mais j’habite à Londres avec mon conjoint depuis plusieurs années. Je voulais donc lui faire visiter autant d'endroits possibles autour du bassin d'Arcachon. Cette propriété est à proximité de beaucoup de sublimes coins comme le Cap Ferret, Andernos, le Grand Crohot et pas trop loin du Médoc non plus. Jacques a été très communicatif avant et pendant la location. Nous voulions un bon débit internet afin de pouvoir faire du télétravail depuis cette propriété. Jacques a vérifié le débit et tout a été parfait pendant la durée de notre séjour. Malheureusement, l'annexe n'était pas disponible pendant notre séjour, ce qui nous a un peu embêtés car nous aurions voulu utiliser le bureau. Cependant, la maison est largement grande même sans l'annexe. Et dernièrement, le moteur de la bâche de piscine ne fonctionnait pas. Mais Jacques a fait en sorte que la piscine soit nettoyée pour qu’on puisse l’utiliser. En conclusion, c’est une très belle, propre et agréable maison avec un voisinage calme et chaleureux et le propriétaire est à votre écoute :)
