😊: Great property, friendly host, nice and clean. They made us feel very welcome..

😊: The appartement was small but nice. After our stay we could do a little tasting which made up for a lot of the smaller discomforts we had. The champagne was really nice. A good location to drive, walk or bike through the champagne region. Nice views when walking.. 😢: We we're a bit disappointed by our stay and the first welcoming. This influenced our stay in a negative way. The pictures and description on booking don't match the actual house. The garden with the jacuzzi is the owners private garden. It can only be entered for using the jacuzzi, only after 6 pm and you have to pay an extra fee. The other 'garden' is the shops stone terrace with view on the parking lot. The appartement itself doesn't really have a view. The arrival was a bit weird. The owner wasn't there and we got 'welcomed' by someone who only spoke Russian. The owner himself arrived later in the evening, 2h after the last check in time. We waited this time but got a very brief welcome. Other small things: We had to put the duvet in the covers ourselves. The showerhead needs replacing it's clogged. Anyway it's not a bad stay, the tasting afterwards made up for a lot of things and the champagne was really good. At the departure the owners were very nice. Possibly we caught them at an unfortunate time when checking in Just don't expect a garden, a view or a big appartement..
