Villa - Hérault (Swimming pool, Garden, Boules pitch, Table soccer, Table tennis, Badminton)

5 adults, 2 kids age 2, 2 kids age 1. More then enough space. Perfect AC in living and almost every room, exect downstairs 2 bedrooms. Swimmingpool alarm is very save, and pool area can be closed. perfect. Due to all the small items that were in the house it felt like home. thanks greg!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at this great house with its lovely terrace and pool area and large beautiful garden. There was plenty of room for our group (ten adults) the house never felt crowded - very comfortable sofas and all mod cons and stylish decor - air conditioning was very effective and appreciated (note that two bedrooms downstairs don't have it though). Excellent provision of fridge and freezer space too. It did take us a while to work out how to open all the kitchen cupboards (push the doors,, once you work out where they are - and there are very well hidden drawers under the kitchen island where all the pans etc were - we were relieved to finally find those!) Our only small negative is that two bathrooms are perhaps not quite enough when the house is at acapacity - but the two loos are separate to the shower rooms so that helps. The outdoor space is really special, the pool large and well positioned and very clean. We appreciated the terrace at the side with lots of shade available - a huge table with very nice chairs - great for all our meals. Gignac is very well placed for all sorts of visits - we enjoyed St Guilleme le Desert, Pezenas, Montpellier. Lots of beaches in reach. But with such a lovely house, staying put was a very attractive option too. Thank you Gregory for making us feel so welcome!

The place is absolutely fantastic, very spacious, a lovely garden with delicious tomatoes growing all over the fences, the house is not overlooked by anything, the kitchen is fully equipped, could use a French press coffee maker, but it had 2 coffee machines at our disposal, so it didn't bother us at all, it's in great location with a supermarket on a walking distance and another one not very far, strategic location if you want to go to Montpellier or Beziers by car, not very far, about 40 min drive, the villages surrounding Gignac is gorgeous, wineries absolutely everywhere, it was all great, Grégory was very prompt on helping on whatever we needed, an great host. It's a house I would recommend to anyone with the eyes closed, we went in 3 families and everyone had a great time. There is to say the dogs had a fantastic time too, was definitely a + for letting us having them over. Thanks from all of us for letting us having this place for our holiday.

Le propriétaire est au top, ma villa est grandiose. Rien ne manque juste un mot PARFAIT. Je recommande a 100% la villa.

Bonne retrouvailles avec les copains ( 9 adultes et 5 enfants) dans la grande maison de Grégory. Au calme avec piscine, babyfoot , ping-pong , terrain de pétanque...proche de toutes les commodités et des sites touristiques. Maison très bien équipée et où on ne se marche pas dessus. Grégory est un hôte très sympathique et disponible, merci à lui de nous avoir permis de passer ce superbe weekend.
