😊: Very well located, handy for the beach, St Martin, the shops & an excellent base for exploring the island. The garden is nicely done , good outdoor furniture & is very private.. 😢: We liked everything except for the lack of a number or name on the outside of the house, making it very hard to find , especially when travel weary. We walked right past it a few times..
