Villa Iena 4 étoiles - Centre Ville Perpignan

😊: Just 100 metres from the canal. Less than 10 mins into the old town on foot. Big, spacious and light apartment. Very comfortable for a longer stay. Good air conditioning as it was a heatwave when there and always a relief to get home after sightseeing. They left us water and wine in the fridge. We stayed six nights. It’s a beautiful and well furnished property.. 😢: The shower over bath arrangement was just OK. It I’m 6 foot so a little awkward as the shower head wasn’t adjustable..

😊: The host reached out and provided very useful information in getting the keys to enter the apartment. The apartment is very very spacious. The building and the hardware are very old, but the facilities are relative new and smart. It was very clean and very bright. The location is great - walkable distance to both town centre and the train station, also in a relatively quite area.. 😢: The sound proof is not great as you can hear people from level above walking around. The bath does not have a curtain so you would always get some water on the toilet floor. This could be a slip risk if you don't pay enough attention to it after the shower..

😊: The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and even played a game or two of billiards. The host was responsive and helpful. Would give it 11 out of 10 if it were possible.Will stay here again if we visit Perpignan in future..

😊: Big and bright apartment with all facilities. One of the best I have stayed in. Heating was good eventhough it was cold January weather. And the host was friendly and responded quickly..
