Villa Kermario

Das Haus liegt traumhaft, das Meer ist gleich um die Ecke. Auch die Straße ist ruhig und kaum befahren. Leider ist der Garten sehr ungepflegt und die Sitzgelegenheiten halb kaputt und instabil. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber hübsch. Im gesamten Haus riecht es sehr modrig und an der Wohnzimmerwand ist eine Ecke mit Schimmelbildung! Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Emplacement parfait, nous avons tout fait à pied ce qui pour nous est très important. Maison moyennement confortable: beaucoup de marches entre tous les espaces, canapé inconfortable. Grande chambre très claire avec bonne literie. Petite cuisine mais très bien équipée. Maison lumineuse avec jardin et balcon très agréable.

😊: The house itself, from the outside is adorable and the location is very nice. Not too far from the Carnac Place shops and grocery store. The beach is just a short walk away.. 😢: It's an old house, and thus dusty and full of cobwebs. It could have had a better thorough cleaning before. Previous visitor hair in the shower drain. Halfway through our stay, a pet lice infestation appeared in the house, which was handled well by the property caretakers tho. Although the cleaning after pest control could be done better.. sadly this caused an ant infestation upstairs as they were trying to flee from the chemicals used downstairs. Whis caused a bit of a stressful second half of our stay where we didn't use the living room area anymore scared of lice. Some pictures are outdated as the kitchen has been completely redone compared to the photos. Also all windows/doors have been replaced with plastic ones vs what seems to be original wood on the photos.

Dommage que les évacuations lavabo et baignoire soient bouchées. J’ai du acheter du destop et vider la bouteille entière pour y remédier !!!

Logement très agréable. Idéalement situé. Pour un séjour côté océan de très bonne qualité.
