😊: Location good, close to supermarket, easy access to major road network. Car needed to get to beaches but only 10 mins away. Private location.. 😢: The pool is a bit on the small size for swimming in but big enough for a family to have fun. For just one evening / early morning , planes from Nice airport over flew the villa due to strong winds from the west (the edge of the storms over central Europe) but they changed back to flying over the sea when the wind dropped. (not a problem - just an observation).
