😊: The house itself was nice and clean. We had a nice view. Das Haus an sich war schön und sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick.. 😢: When we arrived at the accommodation we had to pay a deposit of €1000, which unfortunately was not known beforehand. On the booking website there was only talk of €500. We also had to pay for towels. I don't think 15€ per person, for a small and a large towel, is fair considering the price of the accommodation that we had already paid. The surroundings of the accommodation were anything but beautiful. The surrounding is run down and built up with large apartment buildings on very unsightly streets. There is no private beach section described on Booking and it is not just a few minutes to get to the beach but a long distance given the road to the accommodation. This one was terrible. Very narrow and steep, we would not have been able to navigate this path with a manual car. Unfortunately, we weren't told this in advance either. If you decide to book, be sure to add insurance to the car! Unfortunately, we couldn't call a taxi to our house because of the road and had to drive ourselves into town every time. The worst thing, however, was the way we were treated. The landlady of the accommodation often wrote to us that we were annoying when we were talking on the terrace and repeatedly pointed out to us that we weren't allowed to break anything, otherwise we wouldn't get the deposit back. She alerted us to stains on the stones caused by the use of sunscreen. Here, too, we were directly threatened with the deposit being withheld. We removed the stains with a lot of effort. Unfortunately we have not yet received any deposit back. Due to threats of not getting the deposit back, we put a lot of effort into cleaning, even though we had already paid a €100 cleaning fee when booking. The inspection of the house was carried out personally. The landlady had nothing to complain about and assured us that the deposit would be returned.
