Villa La Ciotat /flat foot 120m2 / 6 pers./garden terrace parking 5mn merpied

We had a delightful almost two month stay in La Ciotat at Patrick & Francine's place. It is very serene and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the owners' warm welcome (and general helpfulness), as well as the large open living space, and pleasant outdoor garden. The location is PERFECT too: walking distance to a marvelous beach, to the main pedestrian street, to the Carrefour supermarket, and not far from the freeway by car either. I would come back in a second! Highly recommend staying with Patrick and Francine at their lovely house.

Very nice accomodation

A very warm welcome by the owner, a little positiv adventure to come to house with an SUV. There is everything in the house you need and the location is very central. You are just a view steeps away from the beach and also from the shopping area where you can buy your food or go out for dinner.

The property is ideally located on the edge of the Old town of La Ciotat and in easy walking distance of the lovely harbour , restaurants , cafes , markets as well as beaches. The property is extremely well equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable . Patrick is a welcoming host on hand if needed . .We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for those using public transport , or with a small car as the narrow entrance to the road and garage makes access very difficult as mentioned in other reviews.

We spend a week in the spacious house and enjoyed the vicinity of shops, restaurants, beach and port. The owner, Patrick, is very helpful and correct. The house is clean, comfortable and all is in good working order. The cutlery and kitchen content is suitable for extensive cooking and dining. The kids would like to have faster Wifi but that will probably never be fast enough for them... All in all, a really nice stay, thank you Patrick for your hospitality!

Patrick and the house helped make our time in France wonderful and memorable. The location, the house and ambiance made our family feel like we had the charm of the old France combined with the amenities of new technology. Thank you Patrick! Cheers!

Very well equipped property, spacious lounge, bedrooms a bit small, but beds are comfortable. The shelving in bedrooms would be better cut in half and hanging space installed- just a suggestion! Short walk to all amenities, we really enjoyed it . From 4 retired UK ladies.
