Par excellence<br>#128578; Communication with the owner was excellent. The house presented well outside and in. There was everything we needed. It's very close to town, a short walk to everything. Street parking was not an issue. There was a very good restaurant, Restaurant 68, literally round the corner.<br>#128577; Not applicable. Everything was to our liking. wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage<br>#128578; Das Haus ist ein Juwel was man so nicht erwartet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Allier und in die Altstadt, shopping Straße, Oper, Therme. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Parkplätze sind zwar nicht privat und reservierbar, wir hatten dennoch nie ein Problem einen zu finden Innerhalb von 50 Metern zum Haus. Aber Achtung, die Kaution ist nicht bei Anreise zahlbar sondern vorher per KK.

Lovely place but just too...<br>#128578; Lovely location with nice restaurants close by<br>#128577; Far too hot (no air conditioning and no fans either) would definitely benefit from a coupe of fans being available
