😊: Good location, walking distance to the beach.. 😢: Average condition, basic amenities, dated decoration.

😊: Location is good, close to the beach. The locals were swimming at high tide and having picnics in the late evening. You can walk along the beach at low tide to Andernos pier with shops and restaurants c 30mins. ( quicker in the car) Good base for the Arcachon Basin. Spacious bedroom, host lives next door.. 😢: This a small thing and doesn't impact your stay but the building needs some maintenance ( outside painting, awning cleaning, blown bathroom window, rusty radiators). Note that the stairs to the bedroom are very steep if you had any mobility issues. But that aside NOTHING we really disliked..

😊: Cozy house, located on a quiet street leading to the beach. House is adjacent to the host's house sharing the same ground. However, privacy of the villa is well kept. You can park in the yard what is very convenient. Terrace in front of the house with a tiny garden is lovely and feels private thanks to the greens around. House has all essential things present and everything works as expected. BBQ is also available. Host reacted very promptly on all requests. Bakery, shops and restaurants are within 10 minutes walking.. 😢: Nothing for the price you pay :).

😊: A quiet residential location but in close proximity to the beach,ocean and town. Boulangerie, restaurant and Carrefour Express all within walking distance. Very comfortable bed and nice size shower. Outside seating area for summer evenings..
