It is a big and "well sliced" villa. The location of the villa is quite strategic, since he is near of supermarket (casino), butcher, bakery, etc. The villa has "everything" as at home: washing machine, dishwasher, big refrigerator and also great gas barbecue.<br>#128577; The house need to be more renovated/modernized and The Garten should be "maintained" in order to give a better view and comfortable. The furniture is o. K - all working. A Shower out site the villa would be really great and it would keep the villa more "clean". Old- and damaged things (lamp/bulb, etc.) should be cleaned-up or rather disposed out from the villa in order to have more comfortable.

Traumhafte Lage, grosszügiges praktisches Haus, einfaches Handling bei der Übergabe aber leider nicht sehr sauber.

Maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle, très bien située (bord de mer), avec jardin côté entrée pour garer les voitures et grand jardin ombragé par de grands arbres, donnant sur la mer. Bien équipée en chaises longues, tables etc... Avis très positif!

Maison très propre, mais un problème de remontée d’égout vraisemblablement, dans le jardin d’entrée.
