-Villa les Mouettes- Private access to Bandol's most beautiful beach

Belle villa, superbe vue mer, plage en bas du jardin, calme, on entend le bruit des vagues qui déferlent. Le paradis.

La villa les Mouettes est proche tous lieux d'intérêt à Bandol. Une fois garés, on peut tout faire à pied: courses, restaus, thalasso, plages, casino. Avec un grand plus= l'accès direct à la plage René Cros depuis le jardin. Beaucoup de charme, l'équipement électroménager et les sanitaires sont récents mais la villa a conservé mobilier et aménagements d'époque, lieu chargé d'histoire. Nombreuses pièces, chacun peut disposer de son espace personnel. Très bon accueil par Jérémy qui s'est montré disponible pendant tout notre séjour. Agréable jardin ombragé, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette villa enchanteresse".

Nous avons passé le weekend entre amies pour un EVJF à Bandol. La maison était conforme aux photos ainsi qu a la description. La proximité de la ville (5min a pieds) et de la plage par un accès privé lui donnent un emplacement exceptionnel. L’accueil et la flexibilité du gérant était parfaite, Nils a été charmant et aidant. Ma maison est grande et spacieuse, équipée de climatisation et les chambres sont confortables. Je recommande ce logement fortement. Merci Nils.

Villa de charme, bien située, proche centre ville et port. Tout commerce à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La plage est accessible via une porte située en bas du jardin. Villa équipée du confort moderne mais ayant su garder son charme Belle Epoque grâce à de nombreux éléments de décor. Agréable impression de voyager dans le temps. Splendide vue mer depuis quasiment toutes les pièces. Climat très doux en ce début novembre, nous avons pu nous baigner (eau à 18 degrés). Aucune nuisance sonore. Accueil très aimable par M. Von Bothmer, agent immobilier. Nous recommandons vivement.

Das Anwesen hat einen ganz besonderen Charm. Man kann von dem Haus direkt an den Strand und man ist auch schnell in den wunderschönen Ort Bandol. Der Eigentümer sollte allerdings kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten ( Malerarbeiten etc.) durchführen lassen.

une trés belle maison art et déco avec le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne. L’accès direct à la plage est un vrai régal. l'acceuil est flexible ce qui permet d'arriver plus tôt et de déposer ses affaires.

Les Mouettes is, spacious and very well equipped but the location is really the most attractive feature of this lovely old house. To have direct access to Renecros beach from the garden was fabulous, one of our group said she felt she was in paradise. The house was also well positioned in relation to the town, tourist information, shopping, restaurants etc. Because of this we were able to manage very well without a car as everything we needed was just a short stroll away. We were a group of women friends and the house was perfect for us but it would be equally suitable for a family group. Nils, who manages the property, is very helpful.

A wonderful character House in the best location. Beach at the bottom of the garden is superb and the access to the main harbour and town a few minutes walk from the front door. Nils provided the best service on our arrival and departure. the house was clean and sheets,duvets and towels provided were 5* hotel standard. Great facilities, volley ball court, badminton, boules. etc. We loved the lower terrace which over looked the beach, we had our seclusion but felt part of the hustle and bustle of beach life. Great Bars on the beach too. We spent 3 weeks there, we were two families, ages ranging from 15 to 65, everyone loved it. No car required as local market in town was a 5 minute walk and a super supermarket too. The views from the house of the bay were spectacular, and we found that there was always a breeze to keep the real heat of the day tolerable. Bandol is a lively town with lots to do for all ages, the everyone could freely wander into town whenever they liked for ice cream or just a stroll around, and if the town was too busy you can retreat to the quietness of the house. We brought our own Paddle boards with us and loved paddling from the beach across the bay and round to the Ile de Bendor where we could lunch at some of the best resturants. I would recommend this property to everyone as its the quintessential french house in the best location.
