😊: The property was clean and well laid out. The swimming pool was long and narrow so other than lengths there was very little you could do and the steps into the pool looked lovely but we’re dangerous and you had to be careful not to hit them whilst swimming. The jaquzzi was broken and although the pool engineer tried he said the pump was old and no longer working effectively.. 😢: The location concept person was incredibly rude. We arrived late on Saturday. On Sunday we asked for the pool temperature to be checked because it felt cold. Whilst trying to ask him to do this he hung up the phone in my wife. WhatsApp messages were ignored. The shower upstairs and in the main bedroom had a damp in the ceiling. The pin ball machine did not work and it was odd having to go outside into the garage to use the pool table. Most of all when you have spent £5000 on a holiday you hope you will be greeted and treated with just a little respect - not here he was very rude and spoilt the holiday from day one. On arriving home the agent has now decided to take 150 euros because he says we lost a remote control to the pool. This is completely untrue. 2 days into our holiday he arrived because the pool was cold. He put a thermometer in the water and it was 26 degrees so we asked if he would increase it which he did to 29 degrees although it never quite got to that I think it got to 27.9 However he asked for the remotes. We had seen them of which there were 5 and my wife got them and handed them to him. He waved them around the pool. The lights came on and the jaquzzi tried to jet some water but struggled. He gave us these two remotes and put the other three in his pocket and left never to be seen or spoken to again. The security deposit is supposed to be returned 7 days after departure. On the 8th day he took 150 euros for a lost remote to the pool. We had taken photos of everything we had been given. We have challenged this with booking m.com who are trying to help but I am not convinced. He took the money before even telling us why he took the money and after the 7 days. He is rude and should check his own pockets . When you look online at the cost of one of the remotes they are 61 euros including French vat so talk about being conned. I never write reviews and sorry for the length please this agent is rude and untrustworthy. Holiday ruined do not go !.
