Great property, though in need of some maintenance. Comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and spacious living area. Very convenient location with easy access to the centre via public transport!

Very good<br>#128578; Beautiful and big villa in Nice near the city centre, there's a tram stop which can be reached by foot in less than five minutes, an ideal choice in case you need to go somewhere whitin a small amount of time. The landlord was pretty aloof, a cleaning lady welcomed us and gave us the house keys. The villa is very comfortable, roomy and came with everything we needed, it has a wonderful garden which is sunlit in the early mornings.<br>#128577; the only negative note is the parking spot which was too little to fit almost any kind of vehicle

Bad<br>#128578; Nothing<br>#128577; It was dirty, smelly, musty. We had to buy detergent product. We started the holiday with cleaning. We had to wait for the host on the street in the 35 C degree. We arrived at the discussed time after 15 houres travelling...... We had to buy extra internet because the WIFI did not work. The last we could not use the parking because the gate was very tiny and our car did not able to go in garage.
