Villa moderne au calme avec vue imprenable à quelques minutes de Périgueux

Environnement au calme proche de Perigueux. Villa pratique et bien équipée. Parfait pour des vacances en famille !

We had a lovely stay with friends at Champcevinel. The accommodation was impressive, with lots of glass taking in the amazing view. Florence was great at letting us know how to get there and access the property. Facilities are great - our kids loved the pool, although they say its a little cold - it needs a couple of good days over 30C to get it to a nice temperature. The bedrooms are comfortable (recommend bringing your own pillows though). Even on hot days the house stays just about cool enough if you close the shutters up to the sun. The living spaces are great, with a huge living dining area, and a great patio area with a great size table to enjoy the warm evenings with a glass of wine. We had a great stay and enjoyed the surrounding activities and locations. Thank you Florence!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Périgueux. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute, facilement joignables et très serviables. L’emplacement est parfait, à la campagne avec une vue très dégagée et sans vis à vis tout en étant à 10 minutes de la ville. La maison quant à elle est très appréciable avec ses 4 chambres, grand séjour, beau jardin et sa piscine… Nous vous recommandons cette adresse😊

Pleasant modern house, well-equipped and with an amazing view. The pool is not for swimming, but fine for cooling down. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Belle maison au calme avec vue dégagée, piscine agréable, beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours, très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. A recommander.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons découvert une très belle région - La Dordogne - culturelle, ensoleillée, plurielle (randonnée, Kayak, parcs animaliers, parcs d'attraction) avec tout ce qu'on nous recherchions en cette triste année le calme et le plaisir de se retrouver en famille. La maison est agréable orientée plein sud, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Florence et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli et ont été d'une très grande disponibilité. Nous recommandons fortement cette résidence et la nouvelle aquitaine en générale pour la gentillesse et l'accueil de ses habitants.

Propre, vaste avec tout ce qu’il faut. La propriétaire est adorable et fait tout pour que nous soyons bien. Super séjour Merci beaucoup !
