Villa Néfliers, avec piscine privée et jardin. à 10 min. du bord de mer

Estupenda casa, ubicada en una zona tranquila a las afueras de Bompas. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un fin de semana genial: es espaciosa, cuenta con calefacción/aire acondicionado, una cocina completamente equipada, ... Y una zona de barbacoa y piscina para disfrute tanto de adultos como de niños. La atención de Maria y de su marido fue excelente en todo momento, respondiendo rápido cualquier duda que tuvimos. Sin duda, la recomendamos y la tendremos entre nuestras favoritas para una nueva salida.

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und bemüht alle Fragen zu klären. Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung. Ein zweiter Fernseher wäre ideal. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einer landschaftlich schönen Region Frankreichs. Vielen Dank …. Wir buchen sehr gerne wieder !!

Firstly, many thanks to Florence who was a most welcoming accommodating host. The property itself is tucked away in a quiet, residential area but is within walking distance, 10 minutes, of local amenities; easy striking distance of Perpignan, 15-20 minutes to the city centre; and only 45 minutes to the Spanish border or Prades - which is the gateway to the Parc Naturel. The property has much to commend it, being at once spacious and inviting, both inside out. The four bedrooms are comfortable, there are two sizeable bathrooms, both with usable showers, one of which is a feature, large walk-in shower much loved by our three young children. A large living area is complimented by a second smaller salon, both of which feature large 4K televisions. The WiFi is exemplary, enabling both adults children to stream Netflix onto both TVs at the same time, which is a blessing. The kitchen does not want for anything, and featured a large American style fridge/freezer with its much used ice dispenser. As we holidayed in October, we had no need of the air-conditioning, but the A/C was comprehensive. Outside was a large patio area with plenty of covered seating and a barbecue, and of course, a heated and covered pool - given the weather we encountered we had cause to use the pool in all conditions hot/cold, rain/shine, and enjoyed it immensely. Perpignan is a small but perfectly formed city, we can recommend Restaurant Le Libanais (€70) and Les Saisons (€150) both to feed a family of 5, with non-alcoholic drinks. The surrounding area is too comprehensive to list here but we loved Carcassonne, the Millau Viaduct, St Fulcran Cathedral at Lodève, the land train from Collioure to Port-Vendres; Roses Cadaqués (Salvador Dali's house, now a museum) in Spain, and for the more adventurous, numerous via ferrata, a day trip to Andorra, and almost any village perched high in the Pyrénées Catalanes.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison 8 jours à 9 personnes ( 6 adultes et 3 enfants 7, 4 ans et 15 mois ) La villa est spacieuse, propre, bien agencée.La cuisine est fonctionnelle. A l'extérieur, la terrasse et le salon d'été sont à l'ombre . La piscine est agréable et la température de l eau est bonne.Une balançoire a fait le bonheur des enfants . La région est belle à visiter . Les plages ne sont pas très loin en voiture La propriétaire Florence est très sympathique. C est une adresse à retenir

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. On a été très bien accueilli. La piscine a été très apprécié des petits et grands. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de coin pour jouer à la pétanque ni dans le jardin ni autour de la maison. La quantité de verres et de petites cuillères pourraient être plus nombreuse afin de ne pas devoir les laver 3 fois par jours.

Nette und sehr zu vorkommender Kontakt mit unkomplizierter Übergabe des Hauses. Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle! Das Haus super ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Den Pool hatten wir gegen Aufpreis beheizen lassen, super mit der Abdeckung auch im Regen nutzbar. Die Kinder konnten stundenlang im 32 Grad warmen Wasser spielen. Ebenfalls erstklassig, kein Chlor sondern Salz, welches kaum spürbar war.Keine brennenden Augen oder ähnliches. Das Meer nicht weit und gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, Bompas hat alles was man benötigt, Bäcker, Einkaufsmarkt und Fischhändler. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Villa, mit sehr nettem Vermieter! Vielen vielen Dank Abou!!!! Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank Sebastian
