It was a super stay : the hosts Raymond and Colbert were very hospitable and welcomed us with all kinds of cold drinks, showed us around and were so helpful, also during our stay if something came up: immediate answers and solutions. The house was beautifully clean and everything was there. Also the grounds with the swimming pool were superb. We had to leave vert early to be able to arrive in the Netherlands in a decent time. Also that was very nicely arranged, keeping the main porch open for us without delay. In one word: great!

On a passé un super séjour. Seul le wifi et une climatisation manquent. Pour le reste - parfait ! :-) on va revenir :-)))))

Villa exceptionnelle située au calme au milieu des pins à proximité de toutes les facilités et endroits touristiques de la côte d'Azur. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir prochainement.

Das Ferienhaus mit einem schönen Privatpool liegt in einem Privatgelände des Eigentümers mit herrlichem Pinien und Olivenbaumbestand. Geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Meer ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt.

La villa est fidèle à la description. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Elle est fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre et très agréable. Nous l'avons trouvée particulièrement adaptée à notre famille avec deux adolescents. Notre fille est handicapée et elle a apprécié d'avoir toutes les commodités en rez-de-chaussée avec une salle de bain particulièrement fonctionnelle pour elle.

This house is exactly as pictured. We spent a nice holiday week in a safe and quiet area. Check-in is handled by a neighbor next door. Communication was easy. Only point for improvement would be that one needs to bring basic household items like soap, garbage bags, spices, hairdryer etc. As well as the fact that there is no wifi and bbq equipment as others noted. I would recommend the host to provide these to elevate the experience even further. All in all 5/5 thanks to Cathy!

Tolle sehr gepflegtes Objekt das komplett abgeschottet ist. Das Haus ist sehr modern, hat alles was man braucht, rings ums Haus sind tolle riesige Pinien die wie Sonnenschirme aussehen, der Pool ist nur schön und gerade wenn man im September dort wohnt macht sich bezahlt das der Pool beheizt ist. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken so das dass Auto leicht be- und entladen wird und zudem steht es da sehr sicher. Alles im Haus ist sehr neu, die Küche ist nicht übermäßig ausgestattet aber alles da was man braucht. Ein Grill ist auch da aber keinerlei Grillbesteck. Das mitnehmen wenn man dort Grill möchte, was man aber tun sollte. Zum Bäcker / Supermarkt braucht man das Auto, ist man aber in 5 Minuten. Kontakt mit den Besitzern war auch sehr einfach, die sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Das einzige was gefehlt hat (insbesondere unseren Kids) war ein WLAN. Das stand so aber in der Beschreibung drin das nicht verfügbar, daher hat das gepasst. Das Mobilfunktnetz ist im Haus nur nicht besonders stark so das streamen t.w. dauert. Wer also auf das Wert legt muss sich zuhause schon mal alles aufs ipad ziehen. Wir würden definitiv das Haus wieder buchen.
