Villa On Intza 5ch , climatisée, piscine chauffée, à 2mn de St jean de Luz

Had a family wedding and stayed there. Convenient to many locations. Was very easy check-in and check out. Was very clean. Nice outside area.

Great property with modern facilities. Wonderful for large group. Swimming pool a blessing in such hot weather.

We had a great time in a wonderful house with a super nice host. The place is near the Spanish border, which not only allows you to enjoy nice day trips to the sea and some super nice French beaches, but also to great cities such as San Sebastian and Bilbao in Spain. We can recommend this place to everyone that enjoys cooking, a peaceful day at the pool or simply a good time among family members or friends in a super cool house.

Fantastic house in beautiful gardens with all the extras anyone could need. Within in easy access by car to beaches and towns. St Jean de Luz is lovely with lots of good shops & restaurants. Large Le Clerc supermarket within walking distance and short drive across border into Spain. Bedroom layout a little quirky but caused us no problems as there was only 3 of us.

We stayed at this property for two weeks in June and July and had a wonderful time. Pierre is a great host. He met us when we arrived, showed us around, and even purchased some fruit and other supplies for us before we arrived. He brought by a bike with a baby seat and was generally very accommodating. The house itself is excellent too. The house has everything you need if you have kids: baby seats, crib, toys, even a trampoline. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. The house is clean, beds are comfortable, and there is tons of outdoor space, and things to do outside. Grill, pool, trampoline, ping pong table, large outdoor dining table, and a covered patio with couches for lounging, etc. The location is great too. You can walk to a little bakery for croissants and baguettes, and there is a wine store next door to the bakery. Leclerc (a huge grocery store and mall area) is nearby, as well. The beaches in Socoa and St. Jean de Luz are just a five-minute drive away and they both are in the bay so there are no waves, which is great for kids. We had a really great time and are looking forward to coming back.

In spite of the BA fiasco the owner welcomed some of the party in the early hours of the morning ( the rest arrived two days later).Very welcoming despite the early hours. Ideal property for family get together, nice pool, shops within walking distance and the beach a short drive. Very secure with electric gates, ideal for families with small children. Bikes, trampoline and a large garden, good for children. Barbecue and good outside dining areas. Short drive from Biarritz and the surfing beaches. Good restaurants in Saint Jean Luz. An excellent centre, will use it again.

The house was well equipped and had a personal touch which made us feel at home. We really appreciated the bikes and surfboards which were provided. The house is located within walking distance to a big supermarket and the the city centre is also accessable in a 30 min walk or by bike. The owner was very helpful in order to give advice in what to to and see. The welcome gift of food and drink was also very appreciated. If I would come back to this region I would definitely book this house again!
