Villa Paloma pour 6 personnes avec piscine privée, à deux pas du Golf de Valcros, à La Londe-Les-Maures

😊: This is a beautiful villa in an amazing location. There are stunning beaches close by as well as shops and restaurants, we would recommend you have a car to get around in. Despite previous reviews, the villa was easy to locate in a secure, gated community. There are steps down, but they are not too steep and as the villa is built into the mountain, you wouldn't expect anything else. My 8 year old son and 4 year old daughter loved the pool, which was very safe with plenty of shallow parts. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and is very well equipped.. 😢: A huge consideration for this villa is that is doesn't have air conditioning, which made sleeping and getting ready quite uncomfortable for a family on holiday in August. We paid a premium amount for a week's stay during peak season and were disappointed that there was an additional charge for towels and linen. We then had to make the beds ourselves as well as strip them and return the dirty linen and towels to the agency who manage the villa. Communication with the agency during our stay was limited. A tree came down on day 3, we were not home and nobody was hurt. We notified the agency, but nothing was done whilst we were there so we had to move the tree out the way ourselves so as not to cause any further damage or danger to our children. The agency could supply more information on the accommodation itself, for example how to access the Wifi and how to dispose of rubbish etc..

😊: We had everything we could possibly want and the pool was perfect for our young grandchildren. The views from the villa were excellent all round a lovely valley and we were not overlooked. The location was good but you need to be in a car as it is is on a private estate and very hilly.. 😢: There are a number of rugged steps down to the villa and a very steep drop to one side. Fortunately our young grandchildren are very good and they managed this ok. It was hard work bringing all our stuff from the car which was parked at the top. Our Mercedes soft top couldn't get on to the parking space so we parked on the road which was safe and fine. We had trouble finding the location where to we had to pick the keys up from..
