Villa Paradisiaque - La HUPPE de SAINT TROPEZ

This house was so lovely. Very spacious yet cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor area was incredible! The views and the comfort was impeccable. Plus the location just as great, about a 3 min drive over to the harbor with tons of restaurants and entertainment and shopping! I could have stayed for a month!!

The villa was great for our family of 4 adults. We were able to enjoy some home meals, but still be close enough to town or Ramatuelle to enjoy sine beach clubs.The toilet situation was unique, but we were fine with it. We only wish the a/c unit in the Master BR worked better.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vom ersten Tag an sehr herzlich. Er war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen hat er stets seine Hilfe angeboten. Der Villa Manager hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles sehr detailliert erklärt. Die Kommunikation ist auf Französisch sollte, aber kein größeres Problem sein, da man ansonsten den Vermieter jederzeit anrufen kann. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen, aber auch für 8 Gäste. Die verschiedenen Terrassen des Hauses bieten den ganzen Tag über Sonne und laden zum Verweilen ein. Schatten findet man in dem wunderschön angelegten Garten. Zur Abkühlung geht man in den schönen und gepflegten Pool. Das Internet funktioniert an Notebooks einwandfrei, lediglich mit Smartphones gab es Probleme, die in Kürze laut Vermieter behoben werden. Die Villa liegt im äußerst gepflegten Villenviertel Parc des Salins.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille. Tout était parfait dans la villa, bon accueil, flexible au niveau de l'heure d'arrivée, répondant rapidement aux messages. Appel téléphonique du propriétaire durant le séjour afin de voir si tout était ok. Villa à recommander. :)

We loved the villa and location of, but, some issues including. - bbq unusable - pool was filthy (green) after one day - no wifi or instructions to get online - owners spoke no English which was not easy to communicate

Vom Parc des Salins sind Saint-Tropez sowie die Straende von Pampelonne gut und ohne Verkehr erreichbar.

The house is very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The location is great, peaceful, walking distance from a very nice beach and from a long and beautiful promenade overlooking the see. I recommend it for a charming and relaxing vacation.
