What a surprise to read your comments, first of all let me explain; yes we had dogs with us, none of which shed hair! If the light was left on, it wasn’t accidental and we will apologise for this error. The trash wasn’t taken out, we did leave a small amount of wrappers in the bin, we looked for an outside trash bin, either to the property or communal we could not locate either. We used our own cups and cutlery and did touch any in the property and we only drink tea we don’t drink coffee as to the stain it was no doubt a result of previous occupants as we considered the property quite dirty and unacceptable when we arrived but give the time of night we had no choice. Upon arrival the outside table was very dirty and had an ashtray full of ash and used cigarette butts, very off putting the inside was slightly better as there were no butts, however a very poor attempt to clean it had been made..
