Villa Pausilia Villefranche-Sur-Mer

😊: The view was beautiful but did not outweigh the negative experience.. 😢: We stayed here for three nights and unfortunately had several major issues that impacted our stay. The villa is located inside a gated community that cannot be accessed by Uber, which meant we had to spend €90 each way on taxis to get in and out of town. Air conditioning did not work, making it uncomfortable - I would avoid staying here in the hotter months. The lower deck is rotten and unsafe if you have young children. Internet did not work for the duration of our stay, which meant none of the TVs worked and the advertised cinema room was unavailable. The main room was locked and not usable, reducing the space we had access to. They do not provide any bathroom amenities which were listed, this would have been helpful to know ahead of time so we didn’t have to spend extra money making the trip back into town after we arrived. A lot of what’s advertised is not accurate and many lights around the property don’t work etc. We were offered compensation on the first day by way of refund or additional night stays - now they are denying the above and refusing any compensation for unusable facilities. Never experienced such poor customer service. Overall, the villa was not as advertised and these issues significantly reduced the value of our stay. For outdated decor, non functional facilities and poor customer service this villa is overpriced..

😊: The property is superb and the history of the house....The breakfast you can skip the detail, Everything is fantastique, we can stay there with family or alone for months ..... I choose the villa due ubication, privacy, quietly neighborhood...... great surprise.......! thanks Denise for your help ! Thanks to the owners Bendiciones ASDS ! donde quieras que estes !.
