Belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace et flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ appréciable MAIS séjour gâché par le manque d'entretien (problème de douche et d'électricité), ménage pas fait depuis un bon moment (WC dégoûtant, mouches mortes partout dans la maison jusque dans la cafetière), mort aux rats sous les meubles totalement accessible aux enfants et aux animaux...

Une grande maison agréable avec une belle piscine dans un environnement très relaxant. Dommage que nous ayons eu qq soucis d'électricité. Une révision s'impose.

Pas de serrure dans les toilettes et la salle de bain, inacceptable à ce niveau de prix

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour qui s'est très bien passé : la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos et l'environnement est très agréable. Merci encore !

We stayed with our 4 children in this house for 11 nights in August 2019. Positives: The swimming pool is well maintained, there are roman steps leading into the pool which the youngest children could play on and the water was beautifully warm. The house is spacious. There is a double bedroom with an open staircase leaving to 4 single beds in the eaves. There are a further 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The garden is large and private with fruit trees in it. The television is huge (kids loved it) and WiFi works well in the kitchen/living area. The area is in a beautiful area (not a tourist area), there is small supermarket a 5 minute drive away and larger supermarkets 15/20 minute drive away. We visited the lovely towns of Sezanne, Provins and Nogent sur Seine as well as local Brocantes/flea sales. The family living directly opposite were available to help with any issues. Negatives: The decking around the pool is in poor condition. The children got numerous splinters (bring tweezers) and we had to constantly remind them to wear sandals. We had a problem with ants in the toilet and bedrooms on arrival, we bought ant spray in a large supermarket which solved that problem after a couple of days. There were a lot of flies ('mouches') inside and outside possibly as there are farms and cows on both sides and the weather was hot. As soon as we got out of the pool to sit on the loungers there would be 20-30 flies buzzing around trying to land on everyone, so we could not make use of the outside seating at all. We were warned at check-in to keep the house doors closed because there are lots of flies but we underestimated the issue . Even opening the door to go in and out to the pool meant we had literally hundreds of flies in the house each day. We had to buy 4 tins of fly spray and sticky fly trap paper and as a result had to vacuum dead flies many times each day (not what you want on holiday). The owner cannot prevent the flies but if fly spray and electric fly killer equipment/lights etc were available it would have made it more comfortable/bearable. The flies were a constant issue. Similarly, because we had to keep the doors closed, the house was very hot inside. An air conditioning unit or fans would have helped. In summary, the house is in a beautiful area, well equipped with a lovely warm pool but we could not make full use of the outdoor area and had to clean/vacuum a lot because of flies.

J'ai effectué un week-end entre amis, la maison est superbe, très bien aménager tout est relier ce qui créer un cadre de vie agréable et conviviale les baies vitrées permet de laisser passer la lumière dans tout la maison, c'est qui est extrêmement agréable. Malheureusement la météo été assez mauvaise lors de notre séjour, mais nous avons quand même pu profiter de la piscine chauffée ! Il manque peut-être d'activité type badminton ou tennis de table, mis a part cela nous avons passer un très bon moment dans cette maison.

We have stayed here on the weekend of 6-8/4/2018. This was a group of 7 people of the same family. The house is big, well equiped and could accomodate 4 more people if there is a need. This is an old farm-house that was refurbished and the amenities are modern. The ambience in the house is warm and the surroundings are calm and beautiful. The living-room is big and in a cathedral style, yet the anthene for the satelite for the TV - could be enhanced (we played with it quite a bit before finding the right angle for it). The Kitchen is an open plan, equiped with all that is necessary and enables a family to enjoy meals together. Nevertheless, and as admited by the land-lord the electricity wiring was not safficient to sustain the level of heating needed and the saftey-control has jumped few times during our stay. It was as well indicated that this failure was due to be corrected a week after our staying there - a bit of a dissapointment. As well one of the showers was so damp that it actually smelled bad and the faucet in the same room didn't have hot water connected. That meant that we didn't use that facility at all. Hence, we recommend to check before booking that the infrastructure was upgraded and that everything is in good order. It is as well advisable that the procedure of showing the house as well as returning the keys at the end of staying will be explained in advance. It wasn't the case with us, which meant we have acted as before in staying in other premises - cleaned after us, taken off the sheets as required, closed the house and left...... while apparently we were supposed to wait for the the inspection of the house before leaving (something we were never required to do before). This is a very lovely place to spend a weekend or even a longer vacation in, pending the corrections indicated here.
