VILLA - PISCINE chauffée, vue mer - villa Amélie

This villa has beautiful views across the bay to the mountains. It is very peaceful. The property is well equipped and Fred was very communicative and ensured all was well. The property adjoins his second villa and the pool is shared between the two houses. The best thing is the fact you can walk into town where there are numerous restaurants. The beach is also only a short walk away. The return is up hill via a fairly steep paved path but it is manageable. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and the bakery itowards town(less than 10 minutes walk).

It was a very nice, well equipped property.

We spent two weeks in this villa in July. The villa is very comfortable with good living and dining areas both inside and outside. While the days were hot, the villa is situated to receive the sea breeze and we always found it to be cool and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for self-catering. There are a couple of large supermarkets a short drive away from the villa (I recommend the Casino). Propriano has a good number of restaurants and bars for drinking and dining out and is an easy 10 minute walk down the hill from the villa. And while you do need to walk back up again, we didn't find it too difficult. WiFi worked well and there is a TV but we didn't watch it, preferring to spend our time looking at the great view of the town, the bay and mountains. The area has some good hikes, particularly in the area around Belvédère-Campomoro, Bilia and Portigliolo and also from Olmeto and a good walk from Porto Pollo to Plage de Cupabia and back. The pool was very refreshing at the end of a day's hiking. Fred is a very accommodating host and communication with him was quick and easy. I would recommend this rental for self catering holidays.

Everything, really everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Villa very much. The house is very comfortable with a fantastic view over the litte village and the bay. The Villa is very good equiped and the owner is a very friendly and helpful man. Everything is like the photos on the Website. We are sure, we will come back and we like to thank Fred for his kindness.
